We recommend you choose tracking and signature on delivery for all orders to assist with lost mail and incorrect orders.

Parcel Lockers will not be shipped to for Bullion under any circumstances. A valid residential address that matches the billing address must be used for bullion purchases.

 

FREE Shipping Offer

Free shipping is unfortunately not applied to precious metals such as gold and silver, due to the small margins on these products.
Free shipping is also not available for Long/Bulk trade metals due to the very high postage costs, as without charging for these as normal items, we could not ship them to you.

Free shipping applies to all non gold/silver and bulky items (eg 500mm round bar).


Domestic Australia Shipping.

Orders will usually be processed within 2 business days and will be posted via Australia Post or Sendle.

Parcel Postage Costs:

Standard Postage 0-5000g (11lbs) - $9.40

Express Postage 0-5000g (11lbs) - $12.90

Letter Postage (items less than 20mm thick):

Up to 250g - $4.5

Up to 500g - $6.5

Insurance - Coverage up to $200 is $2.5 extra. For each $100 extra coverage it costs $2.5 more. This is a direct charge by the carrier - we just pass along the cost.

Signature on Delivery - $2.95 Extra

 

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for lost items or fraudulent orders.

We encourage you to purchase tracking and signature for all deliveries so the item can be tracked and signed for, to help prevent fraud and lost items.

A refund will only be provided where insurance has been purchased and tracking of the parcel shows that it is lost, and once we have concluded the refund process with the shipping provider.

Refunds are not provided for items purchased fraudulently. We have little indication if an order is made fraudulently.
Where tracking is available we will provide proof of item location and handling by the postal company to assist in any investigation with your bank provider.

 

Missing Items

Where your order is received with missing items we will assist you to raise a missing item claim with the postal company.

When items are sent within Australia they transition from our business to the postal company. This transfers responsibility of the item to the postal company and this is who we recommend you raise a missing item claim and potential refund with.

We will work hard with you to help achieve resolution via finding the lost items or getting a refund for those items from the responsible postal company,

While we regret any missing items, we do our best to pack all items securely and always recommend buyers pay for tracking and signature on delivery to help avoid missing items. Ultimately we aren't in control of an item after we have posted it and are not responsible for items after we have dispatched them in the postal system.

 

International Shipping

Rates for shipping internationally are currently very high for weights over 1kg (2.2lbs). If items are less than 20mm in diameter, so coins and small ingots for example, they may fit into letter postage which is much cheaper.

International Parcel shipping costs:

Up to 500g (1.1lbs) - $24.00

Up to 1000g (2.2lbs) - $36.90

Up to 2000g (4.4lbs)- $62.70

Up to 5000g (11lbs)- $92.70

International Letter shipping costs:

Up to 250g (0.55lbs) - $13.99

Up to 500g (1.1lbs) - $18.00

We would love any feedback or suggestions on parcel carriers that may offer cheaper international shipping so please send us an email with shipping details if you find cheaper.
