Great White Bullion Staff can drill simple holes and make custom cuts to metal bars for you, including:
- Flat Bar
- Round Bar
- Square Bar
Prices will vary per job but as an indication each $10 Cutting Fee will apply to 5 minutes of cutting work. Work is divided between light gauge and heavy gauge bars (small and large).
Please add the quantity of cut fees required for your custom cuts to be added to your order.

1. Small Gauge:
a) Round Bar - Under 12.7mm
b) Flat Bar - Under 6.3mm Thick
c) Square Bar - Under 12.7mm
1. Large Gauge:
a) Round Bar - 12.7mm and over
b) Flat Bar - 6.3mm Thick and over
c) Square Bar - 12.7mm and over
Some simple job examples:
- Cutting a small gauge custom length of metal bar = 1 x 5 minutes ea
- Cutting a large gauge custom length of metal bar = 2 x 5 minutes ea
- Drilling a hole in small gauge metal bar = 1 x 5 minutes ea
- Drilling a hole in large gauge metal bar = 2 x 5 minutes ea
